JOB TITLE: FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN - COMPUTER & PRINTER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for field repair on all computer and printer products sold. Carries and responsible for parts car-stock. Responsible for all paperwork and customer satisfaction within assigned area.

Also responsible for in-house computer repair, system backups and routine maintenance.

Reports to the Field Service Manager or Supervisor.
