| Responsible for all "field" activities of the Service Department including all field repair and the associated customer satisfaction. The Field Service Manager is responsible for monitoring technician productivity and parts usage, following up on customer complaints and participating in the review of the Field Service Technicians and Supervisors.
Reports to the VP of Service. |
